Ehh... I wouldn't say so. IMO, I think the "M" rating is fine.

The way I see it, the "A" rating is intended for highly explicit material for adults only. In otherwords, pornography. An artwork with an "A" rating would typically feature excessive nudity (uncovered naughty parts), sex, bodily fluids... that sort of thing. I don't draw any of that kind of art.

This is just a cartoon butt. Large cheeks, but no detail so to speak... She isn't really even naked, since she has fur; she's about as naked as Bugs Bunny is, and most people wouldn't even think of him as nude. The "M" rating is really more due to her exaggerated proportions and suggestive pose, which would be somewhat inappropriate for younger teenagers, but not highly NSFW generally speaking.

At least, that's how I see it. The people who run the site have intentionally left the guidelines very vague to let us artists decide I guess... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
